Natural v. Organic: Which is better? “Natural” sounds great but the word means basically anything the manufacturer wants it to mean. There are few regulations governing the term. “Organic,” on the other hand, is tightly regulated by the federal government but there are plenty of unhealthy products on the market that are made with organic ingredients. Bottom line - read the label. See for yourself what’s actually in the product and then decide if it’s something you want to put in your body.
